Scores of settlers storm al-Aqsa mosque

Scores of Jewish settlers stormed Wednesday the precincts of al-Aqsa Mosque from Bab el-Maghreba gate under the protection of Israeli occupation forces. Media Director of al-Aqsa for Waqf and Heritage Foundation Mahmoud Abul Atta said some 30 settlers barged into al-Aqsa mosque early Wednesday and performed Jewish rituals. Hundreds of al-Aqsa scholars chanted \"God is Greater\" spelling out their rejection of the Jewish violation of the sanctity of the mosque. Al-Aqsa mosque has recently been the target of recurrent and almost daily aggression by Jewish settlers and extremist groups that are being protected by the Israeli forces. Source: MENA
