Security operation in Sinai continues

The Armed Forces and central security troops continued attacking hideouts and hotbeds of terrorist elements in North Sinai as part of the wide-scale security campaign that is being carried out in Sinai Peninsula to eradicate terror hotbeds and armed elements. Military spokesman said that the troops have raided a number of terror and criminal hideouts in the villages of Toma, Zaheer and Moqataa. Armed helicopters hovered above the troops giving an extensive support to ground forces, the spokesman added. Source: MENA
