Sudan and Eritrea are looking for ways to cooperate to improve the education sector in their respective countries. Sudanese Minister of Education Suad Abdel al-Razeq and an Eritrean envoy discussed new protocols to be implemented between both countries. Al-Razeq said Sudan’s capabilities and its education expertise will be made available for Eritrea. He said a document will be drafted to with the approval of President al-Bashir. Eritrean Minister of Education said he hopes Sudan will lend its expertise to train teachers in Eritrean schools and introduce Arabic in the education curriculum.
