National Coalition of Revolutionary Powers and Syrian Opposition has condemned the recent Israeli attack on Syrian territories. In a statement, it said that the Israeli war-planes penetrated the Syrian atmosphere on Wednesday, targeting an institution for military research, while the Israeli authorities said that they targeted a convoy carrying weapons to Lebanon’s Hezbollah. The statement said that it is not the first time that Israeli war-planes have violated Syrian sovereignty. It added that Israeli officials are used to hearing media criticism issued from the ruling Syrian regime, without taking any serious response to such violations. The coalition criticised the silence of the Syrian regime towards the Israeli attack, as it turns "to launch its brutal attacks against the Syrian cities." It added that the tragedy was that the Syrian military aircraft were attacking the Syrian cities to kill the Syrian children and to demolish the houses of Syrian people, while the Israeli war-planes were targeting the Syrian territories. The coalition strongly condemned the Israeli attack, promising the Syrian people to prevent a repeat of such violations committed by the Hebrew state during the coming period through the different political and diplomatic ways. It added that they would work to deter the Israelis in a serious manner, and "not only through issuing statements."
