The nephew of Tunisian opposition leader Hechmi Hamdi, has been found dead in a road in Sidi Bouzid area of Tunis. He was apparently discovered approximately 7 kilometres away from his home. The body of 22-year-old Mohammed Amin Hamdi apparently showed signs of an attack and possible strangulation, although the coroner has yet to determine the cause of death. According to conflicting Tunisian media reports, the young man is believed to have been murdered, while others claim he may have been the victim of a hit-and-run crash.
