Tunisian sergeant major killed in clashes on Mount Salloum

A Tunisian sergeant major was killed in clashes between military troops and militants on Mount Salloum in al Qasrain state Wednesday.
Sergeant Major Bashir al Daasi was killed in the faceoff, media outlets said.
Clashes are still going on there, a military source told the Tunisian news agency.
Lt. Col. Belhassan al Waslani, the military spokesman, also said that the confrontation has not stopped.
He said he would not give further details until the operation is over.
