Tunisian website, Nwaa, has accused two members of ruling party Ennahda of involvement in extra-judicial killings, after a video emerged of individuals discussing plans to assassinate politicians and media figures inside Tunisia. Journalist Ramsey Bettayeb alleged that Belhassen Nakash and Ali Ferchichi, both Ennahda members, are the figures in the video, alongside a businessman negotiating arms deals. Bettayeb claims a reliable source handed him the tapes, adding that both Interior and Justice Ministries had been notified of the video. Both departments were yet to comment, he said. Tunisian security services arrested the businessman last week after receiving recordings allegedly showing him making deals to purchase Kalashnikovs and Mac 11s, as well as discussing the murder of high-profile media personalities, human rights activists and journalists. The daughter of the businessman has accused remnants of the former regime of framing her father, after he allegedly opposed former President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali.
