Two separate bomb attacks in Pakistan's Balochistan province killed at least 14 people, authorities said. The incidents occurred Thursday in the province's Sibi and Dera Bugti areas, Dawn newspaper reported. In the Sibi blast, 11 people died and 26 more were injured when a bomb strapped to a motorcycle went off near a restaurant, police said. Four of the injured were in critical condition, the report said. Geo News quoted Sibi police that the explosive was set off with a remote controlled device. Several shops and homes in the area were damaged in the blast. In Dera Bugti district, three security personnel died and two more were severely injured after their vehicle struck a roadside bomb, Dawn reported.
