UAE Interior Minister: Terrorism is enemy of humanity

H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, has extended condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims of the terrorist incident which took place in the French city of Nice last night, describing terrorism as an enemy of humanity.

In a series of tweets on his Twitter account, H.H. Sheikh Saif said the diversity of the races and religions of the victims is proof that terrorism is enemy of humanity.

He stressed the need for concerted action to uproot terrorism.

"The victims of the crime in Nice are from all races, nationalities and religion. Terrorism is an enemy of all humanity", he said.

H.H. Sheikh Saif added: "We will counter and uproot this ugly monster, terrorism, as one cohesive team."
