One person was killed, three crewmen were rescued while eight are still missing when a cargo ship carrying coal drowned in the Black Sea off Turkey on Tuesday, security sources said. One body was recovered, three crewmen were rescued while eight still unaccounted for, the sources were quoted by Ihlas news agency as saying. They said strong wind was blowing at Istanbul this morning and caused the coal-loaded cargo ship to drown. The cargo ship, Volga-Balt 199, is registered in Saint Kitts and Nevis. It has 11 Ukranians and one Russia, and was carrying coal from Russia to Turkey, added Ihlas.
