Israel’s latest aggression on the Gaza Strip which started on Wednesday has so far killed 102 Palestinians and injured 850 others, according to the higher aid and emergency committee in the narrow coastal strip. The committee said Israeli air strikes killed 28 on Monday, including Ramez Harb, a leader of Islamic Jihad resistance group. An air strike on a multi- storey building housing foreign journalists called Al Shourk caused the other deaths. Israel air force carried out more 100 strikes on Monday on various targets in the strip which bore the brunt of 1450 raids since Wednesday. A statement by the committee said the toll among civilians included 24 children,10 women, 12 elderly whereas the wounded included 260 children, 140 women and 55 elderly persons.
