The number of Syrian citizens who stay in sheltering centers has reached 192,770, Turkish Prime Ministry Disaster and Emergency Management Directorate (AFAD) announced on Friday. In a written statement released Friday, AFAD said that there were 5 tent sites in Hatay, 2 in Sanliurfa, 3 in Gaziantep, and 1 tent site in Kahramanmaras, Osmaniye, Adiyaman and Adana, 14 in total. AFAD said that there were also container sites in Kilis, Sanliurfa and Gaziantep for the Syrians. AFAD underlined that Syrians were provided with lodging, food, health, security, social activities, education, religious services, translation support, communication, and banking services in the tent sites and container sites. Syrians are provided meal three times daily, AFAD also said. According to the statement released, 28,213 children and teenagers get educated in 437 classrooms; more than 6,000 health services are provided daily in health centers; and 3,166 birth operations took place until today. AFAD said \"Until now, 106,505 Syrians have returned to their homeland. The number of Syrian citizens who stay in sheltering centers together with hospitals has reached 192,770.\"
