Two militants have been destroyed in a special operation in Nazran, Ingushetia. The operation was carried out in the Gamurziyevsky municipal area early on Tuesday, an official at the regional department of the Investigative Committee /SK/ told Itar-Tass. At present, law-enforcement bodies are inspecting the scene of fighting and establishing the identities of the militants. The operation began at around 06:00, Moscow time. Police blocked a house in Bariyev Street and offered the militants to lay down arms and surrender. A woman with a child walked out of the house during the negotiations, but the two militants refused to surrender and offered armed resistance.
