
Four people were killed on Tuesday due to heavy rains in some Algerian areas, the civil defense directorate announced. Two people drowned in a hole filled with rains water, while two others were swept away by flood at a town in the Algerian region of Aghwat, the directorate indicated in a statement. Fifty-three people were rescued after being stranded by rain water and floods in Bouhmama and Ouled Rechache districts of Khenchela Province, eastern Algerian capital, noted the statement. Meanwhile, Algerian meteorological department pointed out the possibility of strong wind and heavy rain falls on several provinces in the next two days
