The 44th anniversary of burning Al-Aqsa Mosque by the Zionist gangs falls tomorrow. In its report, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said that on this day in 1969, the Zionist gangs burnt Al-Aqsa Mosque, the first of two Qiblahs, the third of the Two Holy Mosques, and the site from which Prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon him) ascended to the Heaven. The Zionist gangs committed this sinful crime upon the instructions from Israeli occupation authorities in an attempt to eliminate the Islamic sites in occupied Palestine in violation of all norms and international laws and resolutions that have given Al-Quds city a special status and rights preserving its Islamic civilization and archeological landmarks. Following this crime, Arab, Islamic and non-aligned summits, and the United Nations meetings have issued resolutions condemning this Zionist heinous crime and arbitrary practices in occupied Al-Quds city and Palestinian territories, and demanding the withdrawal of the occupation forces from the occupied Arab territories in the forefront of them Al-Quds City.
