Six bodies have been discovered in the Mexican town of Morelos, including a 13-year-old drug cartel hitman, Univision reports. The corpse of Jorge Armando Moreno, member of the Los Zetas cartel, exhibited signs of torture. Moreno earlier this month confessed to taking part in 10 executions. Although he was arrested, he was released as he was too young to be criminally prosecuted. Zacatecas state law says no one under the age of 14 can be subject to criminal prosecution. The child’s mother was allegedly among the others found murdered, including three unidentified women and one man. From:RT
