Seven Palestinian children were injured in an explosion in Rafah city, south of Gaza Strip, on Friday, medical sources said. An unknown object fell near one of the houses in Al-Salam neighborhood in Rafah and exploded, causing injuries to seven children nearby, the sources were quoted by radio stations as saying. The children were between five and 10 years, and their injuries were slight and medium, they added. A child had the fingers of one of his hands blown away. The children were rushed to martyr Abu Yusuf Al-Najjar hospital in Rafah. An investigation began over the incident.
