89 killed in Syrian regime\'s operations

Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) said on Sunday that 89 people were killed in the operations by Assad forces against opposition forces in several cities in Syria. SNHR announced that air and land attacks against opposition have claimed 89 lives; 31 in Homs, 24 in Syrian capital of Damacus\' suburbs, 21 in Aleppo, 4 in each Dara\'a and Idlib, 2 in Deir ez-Zor, and one in each Raqqa, Quneitra and Tartus. Reporting blasts in Rukn Al Din and Qalamon towns of Damascus, Syrian Revolution General Commission (SRGC) stated that regime forces stormed mortars and missiles on Douma, Eastern Ghouta, Mouaddamiya, Daraya and Harasta towns. SRGC also said that Free Syrian Army (FSA) forces encircled the Minnigh military airport and the central prison in Aleppo, with war planes bombing residential areas around the airport and prison. National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces condemned the burning of 17 people after being killed in Al Waar town of Homs. It noted in a written statement \"Assad forces committed a massacre in Al Waar. The mystery of the massacre is being unveiled. The residents found 17 dead bodies executed and burnt.\" \"Assad forces launched a systemized violence campaign against civilians of Homs, and Assad turns a deaf ear to his people\'s rightful demands,\" said the statement. The statement also called on the international community and the United Nations Security Council to do their part to stop the massacre.
