The Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas conferred on Tuesday with the British Foreign Secretary William Hague to discuss the Palestinians\'\' endeavor to gain full state membership of Palestine at the UN within the pre-1967 War borders in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, with Jerusalem as its capital.
