Abdullah bin Zayed meets chairperson of the African Union commission

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister met today Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, the Chairperson of the African Union Commission, at the Commission headquarters in Addis Ababa.Sheikh Abdullah is currently visiting Ethiopia at the end of his tour of a number of African countries.Dlamini-Zuma valued Sheikh Abdullah\'s visit, noting that it \"reflects the UAE\'s keenness to strengthen cooperation with the African continent and the African Union, especially the UAE enjoys an observer status in the African Union.\" During the meeting, which was attended by members of the accompanying delegation, the two parties discussed the political, economic and security developments in a number of the African countries, in addition to a number of issues of mutual cooperation between the UAE and the African Union.
