
Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Gen. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received President of the United Republic of Tanzania Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete at Al-Bahr Palace here on Monday to discuss regional and international issues of common concern. Welcoming President Kikwete, Sheikh Mohamed voiced hope the visit would further strengthen bilateral relations, the state news agency (WAM) reported. The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi stressed keenness of the UAE, led by President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on developing the relations with the friendly African countries through increasing investments to achieve mutual interests. Sheikh Mohamed and President Kikwete exchanged views on the relations and stressed the importance of developing them, especially in the areas of economy and investment. They also discussed the latest regional and international developments and issues of mutual interest. For his part, President Kikwete expressed his pleasure about visiting the U. A.E. and meeting Sheikh Mohamed, stressing interest of his country to bolster the bilateral relations
