The Administrative Court general assembly ruled, till Saturday, on 60 appeals out of 104 presented following the proclamation of the National Constituent Assembly (NCA) Elections pending the examination on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 the rest of the appeals. According to the Administrative Court judge Riadh Rekik, the deliberations pronounced on these 60 appeals are shared out as follows: 46 appeals turned down on procedural grounds, 11 appeals turned down on procedural backgrounds, one appeal cancelled following the withdrawal of the plaintiff, one appeal turned down for incompetence, one appeal accepted. The last decision made it possible to the "Ennahdha Movement" party to win a 5th seat in the Medenine precinct, following an appeal brought to the administrative tribunal against the National Constituent Assembly election results in this constituency. The Administrative court has not yet ruled on 44 appeals. Several decisions on these appeals will be, pronounced, on Monday November 7, pending the examination of the rest of the appeals on Tuesday November 8, 2011.
