Huseyin Celik, deputy chairman of the ruling Justice & Development (AK) Party, stated regarding the claims about early election that it was not true, and added that the elections would be held on time. The claims that elections would take place earlier than planned were only imaginary, Celik told reporters after the meeting of AK Party\'s central decision and executive board in Istanbul. He stated that the elections would be held in 2014, as predicted. \"The local elections will be held at the end of March and the presidential elections in August in 2014. In June 2015, our people will vote in the general elections,\" he said. \"There is stability in Turkey, now. There is a political stability in Turkey and AK Party has cleared off the uncertainties. In current period, elections are held timely and they should be held on time,\" Celik stated, noting that they neither had the idea of early elections nor any plans for it.
