Al Arabi arrivess in Algiers

Arab League Secretary General Dr. Nabil Al Arabi arrived here on Monday for a three-day visit to Algeria during which he holds talks with Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika and other senior officials focussing on the latest developments of the Syrian crisis and preparations made concerning the legislative elections slated for Algeria next May. During his stay here, Al Arabi will also review the outcomes of the Arab Summit held recently in Baghdad , effective reforms of the arab mechanism and enhance joint arab action , preparations underway for the Arab-Latin America Summit due to kick start in Lima , capital of Peru next September in addition to the Third Arab Development Summit due to open in Riyadh in 2013. The visit is the first ever by Al Arabi since he assumed his post last May.
