Bashir declares release of all the political detainees

President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, has declared the release of the political detainees. Addressing the opening sitting of the seventh session of the National Legislature Monday, President Al-Bashir said that the government will go ahead in its contacts with all the political and social forces without exclusion to anyone, even those who are holding arms against the government. He said that the government has provided appropriate atmosphere for freedoms guaranteed the freedom of expression and for all people and groups. President Al-Bashir has reiterated the government readiness for serious dialogue with all the political forces and understanding on the mechanisms organizing to the dialogue.
