Albania's Minister of Justice Nasip Naco on Sunday pledged to fight corruption with all means. "We consider corruption a serious crime and naturally we shall fight it with all the legal means wherever it appears, in whatever level of the administration," Naco told reporters. "We have already promised to fight corruption and deal hard blows to it. This means, we shall amend the law on prevention, hitting organized crime and trafficking, known as the anti-Mafia law. It brings about sequestering of wealth of all suspects in corruption or involved in corruption penal cases," the minister emphasized. Speaking on the Administrative Court which is set to begin functioning on Monday, Naco said he expected a "smooth beginning".
