
Customs officers have managed to foil the smuggling of 200,000 Captagon spills inside truck tires driven by a smuggler coming through Ammar customs port, whereas its driver tried to cross the crossing point into the Kingdom, but customs officers foiled his attempt. This was announced by Ammar Customs Director General Fahad Al-Harbi. He said the customs officers discovered, during inspecting the truck, about 100 white bags full of the narcotic pills hidden in the cavity of one of the truck's tires. The accused was referred to the competent authorities for investigation.
