Angolan FM lauds Egypt important role in Africa

Angolan Foreign Minister Georges Rebelo Chicoti has praised the role played by Egypt in Africa.
Chicoti is here to attend a workshop on conditions in the Great Lakes, which Cairo hosts Monday.
The participation of high-ranking delegations of partners in the event, including representatives of the UN, is important, Chicoti told MENA.
He thanked the Egyptian government for hosting the workshop, which will focus on joint efforts to restore peace and stability and end conflicts in the Great Lakes area.
