Arab league chief , Brahimi discuss developments in Syria

Arab League Secretary General Dr. Nabil El Arabi met here this evening with the UN-Arab League Joint Envoy for Syria Lakhdar Brahimi, who is currently visiting Cairo. Discussions during the meeting dealt with developments in the Syrian and steps that can be taken to resolve the Syrian crisis in light of Brahimi’s talks during the past few days with all parties concerned with the Syrian crisis. An official source at the Arab League said that El Arabi stressed during the meeting the Arab League full support for Brahimi efforts to stop bloodshed and restore peace and security in Syria.
