US Ambassador to Egypt Anne Peterson met here on Monday the Arab League Secretary General, Nabil Al-Arabi. A press statement issued by the Arab League Secretariat said the two sides discussed the latest developments in Syria in light of failure of the UNSC to issue a resolution adopting the Arab initiative to resolve the crisis.
