Arab League conference rejects Quartet report
Cairo - Arab Today
A conference of the Arab League rejected a report issued by the the Middle East Quartet on the Palestinian cause.
"The report lacks objectivity and it equalizes the Israeli occupation and the Palestinian people who are suffering occupation," said the gathering of the supervisors of Palestinian affairs in Arab Host Countries.
They stressed support for a French initiative to hold an international peace conference on the Middle East peace process.
They asserted the importance of applying international resolutions.
