The Arab League (AL) called on all international institutions, including the UN, and all states concerned with the Mideast peace process to exert more pressure on Israel to stop its daily crimes against Palestinians, Palestine's sector at the AL said in a statement on Thursday.
Also, the AL urged the UN to force Israel to abide by its obligations stated in the UN resolutions to reach a fair two-state solution based on the international laws and resolutions as well as providing an international protection for the Palestinian people and all sacred places, the statement added.
This came on the occasion of the 68th anniversary of the Deir Yassin massacre, the statement read.
Furthermore, the AL renewed its condemnation of all terrorist and racist acts committed by Israeli occupation forces, including the demolition of houses, the establishment of settlements in violation of all international laws and the systematic killing of Palestinians, the statement said.
