Arab Monitors to Syria Arrive in Cairo

Monitors from Gulf Arab states, Iraq to Syria on Sunday arrived in Cairo to join a mission deployed there to verify compliance with the Arab plan aimed at ending the Syrian crisis. Head of the mission''s special operations room ambassador Adnan Khudeir told reporters that 25 GCC personnel would be sent to Syria this week as a first additional group that will be followed by another 22 Iraqi monitors.
