Ashton condemns bomb attacks in Iraq

EU High Representative Catherine Ashton Thursday strongly condemned the latest wave of bombing in Iraq that killed at least 55 people and injured many others. \"The High Representative reiterates her call on all Iraqi political groups to continue engaging in an inclusive and genuine dialogue in the run up to the \"National Conference\", an important step for addressing political differences, \" said Michael Mann, spokesman of Ashton in a statement tonight. \"Ensuring that the government in Iraq is both effective and inclusive is the best way to defy the continuing violence,\" it added.
