Awqaf Minister stresses necessity of developing human capabilities

Awqaf Minister Dr. Talaat Afifi underlined the importance of galvanizing human capabilities and re-building the contemporary Muslim personality to cope with the current era\'s changes. In statements on Sunday, the minister said \"We are living in a world with real challenges, where there is no room for weak or lazy persons\", urging all Egyptians to depend on their strong will and self-confidence to change for the better. He added his ministry is well aware of these changes and works on encouraging citizens to play an active role in building the society.
