Bahrain-Azerbaijan ties praised

Speaker Ahmed Ibrahim Al Mulla has expressed his appreciation of Azerbaijan Republic's stance in supporting the Kingdom of Bahrain and its leadership's policy of maintaining security and stability in the kingdom.
Speaker Al Mulla lauded the advanced level of bilateral ties, asserting the importance of boosting the parliamentary, economic, financial and trade cooperation ties. The Speaker's remarks came as he received Azerbaijan's Riyadh-based Ambassador accredited to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Rasim Shamsaddin Oglu Rzayev.
The two sides explored the bilateral ties and means of boosting them. They also discussed various regional and international issues of shared concern.
The Speaker tasked the Azerbaijani ambassador to convey his greetings and invitation to the Azerbaijani Speaker to visit Bahrain to boost the parliamentary cooperation, to activate the parliamentary friendship committees and support all positions on regional issues in various fields.
