Bahraini deputy premier receives French senate delegation

Deputy Premier Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa today received a French Senate Delegation led by Finance Committee President Senator Philippe Marini. The Deputy Premier stressed the importance of bolstering legislative cooperation as cornerstone to consolidate bilateral relations. He outlined Bahrain\'s legislative experience as the fruit of the reform project initiated by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, hailing the process as pioneering example in the region. Senator Marini hailed Bahrain\'s development strides and political, economic and social achievements, commending the positive atmosphere to exercise democracy in the Kingdom.
