Bahraini Premier lauds Bahraini-Thai relations

His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received, at his court today, the Thai Ambassador to Bahrain Vichai Varasirikul who conveyed to him greetings from Thai leadership and government officials who praised his key role in enhancing bilateral ties. During the meeting, HRH Premier lauded the steady growth of Bahraini-Thai relations at all levels, asserting that the two countries possess enough prerequisites for setting up numerous joint projects for their common interest. HRH Premier also pointed out that the kingdom is keen to activate fruitful partnerships with countries and economic blocs, such as the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN), out of its conviction that \"its development and progress strides require it to consolidate its ties with the outside world.\"
