Bahraini-Turkish ties reviewed

Industry and Commerce Minister Dr. Hassan Abdulla Fakhro received here today the outgoing Turkish Ambassador to Bahrain Ahmet Ulker. Dr. Fakhro reviewed Ambassador Ulker Bahraini-Turkish relations and ways of bolstering them so as to meet the aspired for goals set by their leaderships, praising the successful outcome of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa\'s visit to Turkey, which, he said, upgraded joint cooperation and strengthened bilateral economic ties remarkably. He pointed out that the kingdom enjoys a distinguished investment atmosphere that represents the solid pillar of its economy, and has entitled it to be a favourable destination for many word projects and investments. The Minister added that the government welcomed all Turkish investments and economic projects, noting that the country\'s systems and legislations are regularly developed in order to comply with local and global requirements. Ambassador Ulker expressed the Turkish government\'s appreciation of the efforts of its Bahraini counterpart to bolster bilateral economic ties, adding that the Turkish Embassy in Bahrain is exerting tremendous efforts in order to enhance joint cooperation further so as to achieve the joint goals that reflect positively on the two friendly peoples.
