Rescuers have found another dead miner at the Osinnikovskaya mine in the Kemerovo Region, the press service of the regional administration told Itar-Tass. The fate of another more miners remains unknown. The flooding of a tunnel occurred at the mine on March 26 at 19:30 MSK. Then 139 miners were evacuated, three of them were injured and hospitalised. Four miners were missing. Now two miners have been found dead, but two others are still missing. The investigating authorities have opened a criminal case under Article 216, part 2 of the RF Criminal Code – “violation of safety rules during mining, construction or other works, resulting in the loss of life through negligence.” According to preliminary information, the first miner drowned.
