Britain affirms its supportive stances with Bahrain

Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received a phone call from the UK Minister for Middle Eastern and North African Affairs, HE Mr Alistair Bert, during which he asserted the United Kingdom\'s full support to the initiative of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for the resumption of National Consensus Dialogue (NCD) on the political theme, citing the good amount of progress of ongoing National Dialogue and stressing the need for all spectra of the Bahraini community to work together in order to ensure the success of this initiative. During the telephone call, Mr Alistair Bert, affirmed the United Kingdom\'s permanent supportive stance with the Kingdom of Bahrain both as an ally and a friendly country, praising the reform steps undertaken by the Kingdom of Bahrain in all fields. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, expressed the Kingdom of Bahrain\'s gratitude and appreciation to the United Kingdom\'s friendly and supportive stances. The Minister also emphasized the Kingdom of Bahrain\'s pride and boasting in the historic bilateral relations between both friendly countries.
