British parliamentary delegation condemns terrorist attacks against police, army forces

A British parliamentary delegation condemned on Sunday terrorist attacks that target citizens as well as security and police forces here. The delegation valued also the interior ministry's efforts to uproot terrorism. This came during a meeting with Interior Minister Mohamed Ibrahim at the ministry's HQ. "The security forces are determined to protect the Egyptian people," Ibrahim said, adding that the terrorist attacks are part of the Muslim Brotherhood's attempts to disturb the referendum on the draft constitution slatted for Jan 14-15. Ibrahim briefed the delegation on the latest security achievements in the war against terrorism.
