An unpredictable and out of control bushfire is raging in Western Australia late Monday, threatening the lives of people in the Great Southern Region.
Authorities have issued an emergency warning for the northern section of Orana, in the city of Albany.
"You are in danger and need to act immediately to survive." the Department of Fire and Emergency Services warned.
"If the way is clear, leave now for a safer place."
A separate emergency alert for a different fire near King River, has now been downgraded to a watch and alert.
