
Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and Minister of Health Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah announced on Monday that the Cabinet approved today a draft decree on the appointment of Dr. Ahmed Saleh Al-Athari as Director General of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training. Sheikh Mohammad told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) following the weekly cabinet session that the Cabinet also approved the appointment of Yusuf Ali Al-Saqabi as secretary-general of the municipal council. He added that the Cabinet also approved the appointment of Maysara Jassim Al-Falah, Ghaleb Mohammed Al-Usaimi and Meshaal Mahdi Abdullatif Johar Hayat as Assistant Undersecretaries at the Ministry of Higher Education. Dr. Nebal Khaled Boresly and Dr. Walid Ahmed Mourad Al-Kandari have been appointed as Assistant Secretaries General at the General Secretariat of Private Universities. He added that Dr. Adam Al-Mulla and Abdullah Ali Buresli have been appointed as Assistant Secretaries General at Kuwait University. He said the Cabinet also approved the appointment of Khaled Mohammad Al-Shahin and Hussein Batel Al-Rasheedi as Deputies of Director General of the Public Authority for Minors Affairs. Dr. Riad Youssef Al-Faras has been appointed as Assistant Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Planning and Development and Jassim Mohammed Al-Nouri as Assistant Undersecretary at the Ministry of Electricity and Water. He said that the Council of Ministers approved a draft decree to renew the appointment of Nawal Abdullatif Al-Fezia as Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil.
