Cabinet resignation in hand of Hezbollah and Syrian regime

Future Parliamentary bloc member Atef Majdalani said the resignation of the government is actually in the hand of Hezbollah and the Syrian regime. Speaking to Radio Free Lebanon, the MP argued that both Hezbollah and the Syrian regime will only give their seal of approval for the government\'s resignation if this cabinet has fulfilled its designated tasks. \"But if Hezbollah and the Syrian regime refuse the resignation of the government then this maybe under the assumption that the time for such a step is not ripe yet.\" Commenting on Tripoli rally, Majdalani stressed that this rally demonstrated that the people wants the \"Arab Spring\", adding that former Prime Minister Saad Hariri did not appear on TV screen because he did not want act like other people, in clear reference to Hezbollah\'s secretary general Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
