The cabinet considered topics tabled on the agenda as follows: First: Approved the draft law relating to the Qatari flag and to forward it to the Advisory Council. Second: Approved the implementation of the provisions of the Law No. (24) of 2002 on retirement and pensions for Qatari employees at the Sheikh Jassim bin Mohamed bin Thani Social Welfare Foundation. Third: The Cabinet reviewed the following topics and took the relevant decisions: 1 – The Ministry of Economy and Finance’s estimation for the financial cost of establishing a health insurance company in Qatar. 2 – A Cabinet’s draft decision amending some provisions of the decision No. (35) for 2010 forming the Rental Disputes Resolution Committees. 3 – A letter by the Ministry of Business and Trade on audits of financial statements of the General Tourism Authority for the financial year 2011/2012. Fourth: Approved a bilateral air services draft agreement between the Governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Cameroon establishing air services between and beyond their respective territories. Fifth: Take the necessary measures to ratify a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Government of the State of Qatar and the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) on the recognition of the INTERPOL travel document. Sixth: Joining the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic 1968. Seventh: Approved a proposal by the General Civil Aviation Authority to conduct talks on air transport with some countries.
