Charbel didn\'t vow Islamists\' release Interior Ministry

The press office of Interior and Municipalities Minister Marwan Charbel denied on Friday any promise made by Charbel to release the arrested Islamists by the end of 2012, clarifying that Charbel called instead for building new courtrooms to try those imprisoned Islamists. The Ministry explained that Charbel, as a minister, is not allowed to interfere in any judicial affair, and that it is merely the judiciary\'s duty to look into the Islamists\' case.
