Death toll of Syria attacks up to 70

The death toll of attacks by Syrian regular forces on civilians has risen to 70, including two children. The fatalities are mostly from Idleb, Homs, Hama, Dera\'a and Damascus Countryside, according to Local Coordination Committees. The regular army is still besieging the northeastern town of Saraqeb amid heavy tank deployment as explosions are still being heard there, the committees added. Regular troops are also preventing volunteers from taking people injured in attacks to field hospital. Several civilians were wounded in heavy shelling in Karnaz City in Hama, the committees pointed out. In Hara Town in Dera\'a, five regular soldiers have split the army and joined the Free Syrian Army, they said.
