
Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja, Minister of Culture and Information, has underscored the importance of the the international conference on Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) and the duties of mankind towards him, organized by the Islamic University as part of the city's celebration of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah as capital of the Islamic culture for the year 2013. In a press statement to mark the event which will be held in Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah tomorrow, Dr. Khoja lauded the efforts exerted by Madina-based Islamic University, saying that the topic of the conference is yet another evidence of the university's dedication to support the mission of the prophet. He cited Vienna-based King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Center for Dialogue among followers of regions and cultures as a platform to combat ignorance of the mission of Islam and its Prophet Mohammed (pbuh).
