Egypt, Cyprus, UK express pleasure over ending EgyptAir plane hijack crisis

Foreign ministers of Egypt, Cyprus and Britain made on Tuesday a phone call to express their pleasure after the Egyptian plane hijack crisis ended.
The hijack of the EgyptAir Flight MS181 has ended with all hostages released and the hijacker surrendering.
The plane was taken over by a passenger claiming to be wearing a suicide explosive belt.
The hijacker's motives remain unclear.
No one was injured in the hijacking, Cypriot government spokesman Nikos Christodulides tweeted. (
